Over old wood siding we used 1/2″ Thermal 3H+over wood. Framed out existing widows and new soffits and vinyl siding. We did a layer of Thermal 3H+ over top of ceiling with porous insulation leveled and internal basement walls. The customer claimed, the first winter the furnace ran one third of the time compared to prior years.
