America truly is the land of opportunity if you are looking for purpose with passion. Nothing sincerely great, significant or impactful usually comes easily. Especially in this fast-paced, in a hurry microwave society we live in. Sometimes the simple, but foundationally impactful solutions are overlooked or missed. I could write a book on this crusades 20+ year journey full of massive obstacles and unbelievable research; science and facts being missed and undiscovered by the designers or ignored by the powers to be in the insulation industry.
I will summarize the basics and fundamentals for any insulation to perform properly. The industry has one incorrect set standard for insulation, which is the national R-Value code which is regulated by a certain standard and set in stone. To get a true R-Value calculation or analysis, you must include all three forms of heat transfer. The three forms in general terms are conduction (most effective in solid material), convection (air, vapor or wind) and radiation (infrared rays). My question publicly right now on the World Wide Web is this: Why would the national R-Value code standards based on the ASTMC518 or C177 which is basically a predominant conduction test only, which appears to be least predominant form of heat transfer.
We met with much resistance to changing standard methods or just wanting to meet code or just lack of concern. For years we have traveled, met with experts, code officials and much more with our crusade. Most everyone of them genuinely listened and did not disagree as the evidence speaks for itself.
Our message has been consistent; You must address or control all 3 forms of heat transfer. Thermal 3Ht insulation Private Label does that with extra benefits like providing a thermal break for thermal bridging, high performance stand alone or enhanced performance for other insulation products and more. Very cost-productive, versatile, durable and user friendly. The time has come for significant public awareness, which may create demand for our top-tier officials or governments to recognize reality and fix this massive waste of our energy consumption = COMMON SENSE = billions of dollars of energy saved.
Introducing our two new awesome patent products we must explain why we continue to pursue finding multiple solutions. This long-time crusade seemed often to fall on deaf ears and 20+ years no changes to code regulations. It is our desire to assist and improve, not harm or hinder our competing insulation company’s products or employees’ beneficial jobs or careers. We are here to compliment, improve and TEAM up, not to complicate or compete.
To get a lifetime payback, proper insulation is a key factor. With our genuine concern for this to happen we also developed two patents to assist in this crusade. Old original product designs or methods usually have room for improvement. First, we looked at the flaws or weaknesses of porous insulation in the real world. The two main issues are wind (air infiltration and or vapor). Other issues are traditionally cavity-fill only application with thermal bridging in or on framing and potential voids created. No reflective barriers and potential dew points, etc.
We decided to step up to the plate and develop a patent called Revelation Bag with indented designed outlets configurations with common dimensions for the ultimate solution for most of their weak points including reflectivity. It is our goal to introduce this phenomenal product and assist in the continued progress and success of that very large industry. Next major solution was needed and solution found for existing homes with completely good condition remaining roofs, but extremely hot attics. By taking advantage of the natural migration of heat flow from soffit to ridge we developed and created the patent Revelation Vent. With assistance from an awesome insulation crusader from Florida and early in patent pending stage, he became very ill and requested we buy him out and we did. We publicly want to thank him for his contribution and input. He assisted in the demo projects with incredible results shown on our website. We also addressed the issue with most EPS manufacturers, which can have lack of space at the plant. On website is our unique fabricated design for the cost productive machinery to mass produce the Revelation Vent high performance product. Potential Government Business Partnerships
We also are in the final few stages for being approved to sell directly to the government to provide products for federal and state projects. We were in the final phase in April 2024, and we asked for a pause for all the reasons you have been reading this letter. We wanted to make sure we stayed focused on all existing important priorities. We decided to move forward as we feel all government projects deserve to take advantage of the multiple solutions our company products have to offer. We are in the process of moving forward currently and finish before late spring 2026. Everyone we have been working with at the government agencies has been very informative and great to work with since the beginning stages and is currently moving forward.
We are confident enough from our years of research, testing and real-world results in most climate zones and it is time for action. Before GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc., we traveled and met personally some of the most incredible entrepreneurs and visionaries, always trying to find ways to improve the way we build multiple type structures and different climate zones. We met with many intuitive Amish, Mennonites and more being involved early in the Post and Frame industry across the USA. Then we proceeded to the Agricultural or Poultry, Dairy, Horse Barn industry. Next the Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Industry to proceed to Apartment Complexes, Residential Homes and more. Then finally into the Commercial Projects and more.
The above projects being new and existing construction, we did thousands of retrofits and renovations through our early new excited distributors. We still have a steady market for those who are aware of better strategies and genuinely care about their customers. With all these projects we were able to meet many great engineers, architects etc. who were visionaries with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for ways to improve the way we build. Through these multiple informative relationships, we have gathered much knowledge and new ways to apply that knowledge in productive positive ways to develop and create many more solutions for the building industry.
Since 2020 and the Covid misfortune, we decided to focus on the business, with minor focus in the business to completely secure the foundation of the business.
